This website is set up with the intention of giving help and advice to people who want to know if proton therapy could be a better treatment option for you or someone you love instead of radiotherapy that is the only available treatment provided by the NHS in the UK.
The information on this site is based on our experience as parents of a child who was diagnosed with an anaplastic ependymoma brain tumour at the age of three.
We must stress that we are not doctors and we are unable to advise you about the best treatment for you but we can hopefully give you advice and help if you decide that proton therapy is the option you want to take.
